HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally (and immediately). Casa Luna Decor will send a confirmation mail for your order to the email address associated with your order/account. In this mail you will be provided with an Order ID for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.

WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?

If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. This is likely to happen if your order is quite large.

Please also check the invoice inside your parcel bag. If this is the case, you will have received one dispatch email per parcel and which items are in the parcel.

If you have only been sent one dispatch email and haven’t received all of your items please contact us ASAP.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER A PRODUCT THAT IS 'OUT OF STOCK'?

Yes! But please contact us by emailing at sales@casalunadecor.com and we will let you know once it is available for sale on Casa Luna Decor.
