RETURNS & REFUNDS

IMPORTANT: Please note we are NOT AFFILIATED with the Casa Luna brand stocked at TARGET locations. Our company is a different brand and does not stock any bedding. 

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Merchandise exchanges are not accessible at this time. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to purchase another item, you can return the product you are not satisfied with and place a new order. 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

At Casa Luna Decor, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. Our items are eligible for return within 30 days of the date your parcel was delivered to you. Items will only be eligible for return with a filled in return slip. The return slip and return address is inside the original order packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please review our ineligible items for return, before starting the return process.

  • Final sale items
  • Made-to-Order (MTO) items

You will be responsible of paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch so we can arrange this for you.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY? 

Your money will be refunded within 2 weeks after the return and the inspection of the products are in good condition.
